Description
The 901 Plus (901P) Loadlock Transducer (LLT) is specifically designed for loadlock environments, combining Piezo and Micro-Pirani™ vacuum sensor technologies. The combined output provides higher accuracy, stability, repeatability, and faster response times compared to traditional thermal conductivity gauges. Absolute pressure measurement range: 1000 to 10-5 Torr. Single sensor provides triple-sensor functionality for a wide measurement range. Available in Analog, RS232, RS485, and EtherCAT® versions. Optional integrated touchscreen display for local pressure indication. Fast, accurate, and repeatable measurements shorten process cycle times.
