How to order
Add items to the cart or send us a quote request. We confirm availability and send a proforma invoice the same working day. No payment is taken on this website — you pay against the proforma invoice by T/T or L/C. Prices are shown in USD; CNY settlement is available.
Freight
Freight is not included in listed prices. We add it to the proforma invoice once we have your delivery address, so you see the full cost before paying.
Lead time
Lead time is confirmed in your quotation.
Packing
Standard export packing is carton plus wooden pallet. Liquid ring pumps ship in fumigated wooden crates.
Fit check before you pay
For compatible (aftermarket) parts we confirm fit against your pump model before quoting. Send the pump model, a photo of the serial plate or the old part number.
Returns
If a part we confirmed as a fit for your pump does not fit, we replace it or refund it. For any other return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will handle it case by case.
Warranty
Liquid ring pumps are tested before dispatch and carry a 12-month warranty. For any other item, ask us for its warranty terms before you order.
