## Water-cooled TXLGB140 series dry screw vacuum pump Dry screw vacuum pumps operate with two screw rotors rotating in opposite directions. This mechanism traps the medium to be pumped between the cylinder and the screw chambers, transporting it to the gas discharge. The advanced screw design results in lower electrical energy consumption compared to standard designs and reduces the heat load on the compressed gas. Cooling is achieved via high-performance air cooling (eliminating the need for cooling water) or an indirect cooling method that ensures uniform temperatures throughout the pump body, eliminating cold spots and providing a thermally stable water jacket.
