B8199999EU Ion Source Filament — Edwards ELD500 WET / DRY / FLEX Leak Detectors Replacement ion source filament for the Edwards ELD500 in all its variants — WET, DRY and FLEX. The cell carries two filaments, one in service and one on standby, and the controller switches automatically when the first fails. That is a useful safety net and also a trap: a machine running on its standby filament looks perfectly healthy until the second one goes, and then it stops mid-shift. Check which filament your ELD500 is currently running on. If it has already switched, order two — you are one failure away from an unplanned stop.
