Ion Source Filament — KYKY ZQJ Series Helium Leak Detectors (incl. ZQJ-230) Ion source filament for the KYKY ZQJ series of helium mass-spectrometer leak detectors, including the ZQJ-230. KYKY machines are widely installed across Chinese industry and their filaments are a routine consumable, but spares are awkward to source outside the domestic channel. The filament emits the electrons that ionise gas inside the analyser cell. When it fails the detector still evacuates normally and its pressure readings stay sensible — only the helium signal disappears or refuses to calibrate. That combination is the diagnostic: normal vacuum, no helium. Manufactured by Taixing to fit the original mount. Any quantity from one piece; we can also repair and re-weld an original filament assembly if the mount itself is sound.
