HC50-T helium compressor from Taixing — the drive unit that supplies high-purity helium to a cryo pump, cold head or other refrigeration unit. Water-cooled, 26,000 h service interval, helium purity ≥99.999%. One compressor can drive cryo pumps of different sizes. Used on semiconductor front-end evaporation, sputtering and ion-implant vacuum systems, and in astronomy, aerospace and medical equipment.
