CRYO-P30 Cryogenic Vacuum Pump — Taixing
Key specifications
Description
CRYO-P30 cryogenic (cryo) vacuum pump, made by Taixing in Xiamen, China. Oil-free ultra-high vacuum by cryocondensation and cryosorption — no liquid nitrogen needed, mountable in any orientation. Used on sputtering and optical coating lines, ion implanters, MBE, accelerator beamlines and space simulation chambers. We also custom-build bake-out and corrosion-resistant versions, and supply the 15 K cold cap, 80 K baffle and 1st/2nd-stage pistons as spares.
