Utilizes an all-metal gauge tube to eliminate glass breakage, decomposition, or helium permeation. Full electrostatic shielding and a grounded metal housing provide a stable electrical environment and shield against external interference. Precision vacuum measurement in the 10^-11 Torr range. Convectron Gauge option extends measurement to atmospheric pressure. Stabil-Ion controller features a storage module with calibration data. Ultra-clean gauge construction ensures fast response during pump-down. Dual filaments increase equipment uptime.
