Wide measurement range from 5 x 10^-2 to 1 x 10^-9 Torr (1.3 x 10^-9 to 6.7 x 10^-2 mbar). Integrated controller and display eliminate the need for expensive external controllers and cabling. Pre-programmed with selectable calibration for 16 widely used gases. Dual hot filament design with rugged, compact metal construction. Direct plug-and-play replacement for Granville Phillips® Micro-Ion modules. Field-serviceable with easily replaceable sensor assemblies. Power supply sold separately.
