Beyond the seal kit sits everything else a vacuum system consumes: inlet filters and separators that keep dust out of the pumping chamber, exhaust mist eliminators and mufflers, oil-return lines, gas-ballast valves, couplings, bearings, rotors and vanes, controllers and power supplies, cooling parts, and the fittings that hold it together. These are the items that decide whether a pump reaches its rated service life.
Order by OEM part number where you have one — it is the only unambiguous identifier. Where you do not, send the pump model and serial number, or a photograph and a dimension; most parts can be identified from the pump variant. Ask whether the part is genuine OEM or a compatible equivalent, and what the difference costs, because on filters, mufflers and seals a well-made equivalent is often the sensible buy while on rotors and bearings it usually is not.

FAQ
How do I identify the right spare part for my pump?
The pump nameplate is the starting point: model, serial number and year. Many models changed internal parts mid-production, so the serial number matters as much as the model. If you have the old part, its own part number or a photo of it is the fastest route to a correct match.
Are these genuine parts or compatible replacements?
Both, and each page says which. Where a page states the part is genuine it is the original manufacturer's part; otherwise it is an OEM-compatible replacement built to the same fit and function. If your quality system requires genuine parts, say so in the enquiry and we will quote only those.
Do you supply parts for pumps you did not sell?
Yes — most of our spare parts business is for equipment bought elsewhere: Edwards, Pfeiffer, Leybold, Busch, Agilent, ULVAC, Anest Iwata, Shimadzu, Ebara and KYKY. Send the pump model and the part you need.
Can you supply a complete overhaul kit instead of individual parts?
Yes, and for a full service it is usually cheaper and safer than ordering piece by piece — the kit contains the seals, bearings and wear parts that should be replaced together. Tell us the pump model and whether it is a routine service or a full overhaul.
What if the part I need is not listed on the site?
The site shows a working subset of what we can source. Send the pump model plus the part number or a photo — a large share of enquiries are for parts that are not on a page but are available.
