High vacuum grease is a product independently developed and specially manufactured by our company. It can effectively serve various applications under both high and low temperature environments, with an instantaneous service temperature range of -60 °C to 350 °C and a continuous service temperature range of -50 °C to 300 °C without failure. It is mainly used in the semiconductor industry, vacuum industry, military industry and scientific research.
